1. Who can use LookBlog
You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if it is higher). By agreeing to these terms when you sign up, you confirm that you are. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery codes safe and for everything that happens on your account.
2. Your content
You own what you post. By posting it you give LookBlog a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, show, copy (for example, to make smaller video sizes) and share it inside LookBlog so the service can work. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have already shared it or the law requires us to keep it.
Only post things you have the right to post. Music, films and videos must be yours or used with permission. Mark photos and videos made with AI tools as “Made with AI” (LookBlog also labels them automatically when the file says so).
3. What’s not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats or hate against people or groups.
- Sexual content involving minors — ever. We report it to the authorities.
- Nudity or sexual content in public places of the site.
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous challenges.
- Sensitive content: graphic violence, blood and gore, weapons, self-harm or suicide, dead bodies and other disturbing things.
- Spam, scams, fake accounts or pretending to be someone else.
- Anything illegal, and breaking other people’s rights, including copyright.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
4. How we moderate content
- Automatic checks: when photos, videos and text are posted, LookBlog checks them automatically (in your browser and on our server) for nudity, graphic or disturbing content and AI-generated media. Nudity is blurred and labelled; disturbing content is refused; AI media gets a label.
- Reports: anyone can report a post, a live or a person (and one of their messages) from its ⋯ menu — including “Illegal content” and “Uses my work without permission”. For anything else (a comment, a story, a group) send us the link through the contact form, topic “Illegal or harmful content”, and say why. Reports are confidential, and you don’t need an account to send one.
- People decide: the LookBlog team reviews reports. One automatic step exists: a post reported as disturbing by 3 different people is hidden straight away, and a person can look at it again.
- What we can do: leave it, label or blur it, remove it, or limit, suspend or close an account. Repeated or serious breaking of these rules can close an account.
5. When we act on your content
If we remove your content or limit your account, we tell you with a notification: what we did, which rule it broke, whether it was automatic or decided by a person, and how to disagree. If you think we got it wrong, write to us at /contact or Menu → Help → Still need help? within six months, and a person who wasn’t involved will look again and answer you. You can also take a dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to a court.
6. Copyright
If something on LookBlog uses your work without permission, report it with “Uses my work without permission”, or send us a notice through /contact (topic: Copyright) with: your name and contact, the work, the link to what copies it, and a statement that you are the owner or act for them. We remove infringing content quickly and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Verification, badges and roles
Verification ticks show that LookBlog checked an account. Roles you pick (like Filmmaker or Singer) unlock tools but are not a confirmation by LookBlog. Badges are for fun and have no money value.
8. We can change LookBlog
We can change, add or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we tell you on the site before they apply and ask you to agree again.
9. Disclaimers
LookBlog is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Content is posted by users, not by LookBlog, and doesn’t show our views. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using LookBlog at any time and delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete account; your posts, messages and files are then removed, except where the law requires us to keep something. You can download your data first in Settings → Your data.
11. Contact point
LookBlog is run by Kristiqn Zainelov, Bulgaria. Our single point of contact — for you, for rightsholders and for authorities (including under the EU Digital Services Act) — is the contact form, which works without an account. You can write in English or Bulgarian. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
